This is a rejected Party Zone backglass.  It suffers from a little bit of mirror ‘blobbing’ in the text section at the top of the backglass – an overly wet silkscreen hit during the mirroring stage.  Much less than the other reject Party Zone glass listed here.  See gallery image.  Makes a cool gameroom wall hanger.
