This is a Party Zone mirrored backglass still sealed in its shipping bag.  It’s only problem is the mirroring on the “E” has some weak spots, the silver looks slightly faded.  This blemish will not allow this to sell as normal stock.  See closeup photo in gallery.  Reduced to clear.
