This is a Viking playfield with surface scuffing on the clearcoat in two places (photos included).  This was a return from long ago that we just never got around to dealing with.  We have fresh Vikings in stock, so this one hung around on a reject rack for the longest time.  A customer mussed it up trying to attempt wet-sanding ink/plastic height differences around some inserts.  It just got him into a mess of micro-scratching, that you can see when glared in hard light.  This is a good fixer for somebody who knows how to sand/polish with compounds.  Or shoot a whole new topcoat.  The construction of the rest of the playfield itself is fine.
