This is a Silverball Mania glass that suffered misregistration of the mirror layer.  See gallery closeup.  Gives it a bizarre look, so definitely intended as a wall hanger only.  It’s amusing that it made it all the way to being sealed in it’s final bag for shipping.  Goes to show how things can pass by several sets of eyes before getting noticed !   Priced to clear.
