This is an Indiana Jones mirrored CPR translite-to-backglass.  It is rejected because of a press error where the ink layers were not reversed on the backside.  So the mirror layer is correct, but the artwork is backwards.  See gallery closeup. Intended as a bizarre wall hanger, conversation piece.  We have two of these.
