Short-Run Reproduction Playfields from CPR
NOTE: DISCOUNTED – “Yellow Inserts Version”
For those who want to save some money, want a unique Cyclone ‘version’, or simply think the yellow inserts look cool… We have a few Cyclone playfields that mistakenly had yellow oval inserts put in, instead of transparent. Please see the pictures in the gallery. The four ovals over the ball subway are yellow. Otherwise, these playfields are identical to their full-priced standard reproductions. We think the yellow inserts actually flow with the look of the playfield – so we decided to preserve them and offer them up at a $150 discount.
As usual, small batches will be available until they are gone. If the demand continues, we will always be technically able to make more someday, but it may take some time before we get back around to them, so…. Consider always these “get them while they’re available!”

| Notes: | Careful study of the playfield in the flyer seems to show a quantity of eight flags flying over the amusement park. We do not know if these flags were installed throughout the production run, and many playfields that we have seen do not have all or any of these flags. The flags look fragile enough to not survive the life of the game. As well, some playfields may now contain reproduction flags that have since been made available.
The Ferris wheel on the playfield carries the ball for a portion of its rotation. This idea appears earlier on Allied Amusement’s 1935 ‘Barrel Roll’. |
